Industry visitors for the exhibition: If you are interested in visiting the exhibition only to meet with the Photonics North Exhibitors, you can join us for free on Wednesday afternoon from 1h00PM to 4h00pm. You just need to show up at the registration desk, leave us your business card, and we will give you a visitor pass.

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Access to exhibition and poster area
• Name badge and lanyard
• Conference Program & Abstract Book in digital form
• Certificate of attendance
• Lunch and coffee breaks for the duration of the conference

By Interac Transfer (from a Canadian bank)

Use the email address interac@conferium.com to proceed with the transfer. Next, please make sure to send an email to this email address providing your name, the name of the conference, the amount paid, and the recovery code (password).

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by Conferium according to the deadline dates. You will receive an e-mail confirmation following receipt of the payment. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fees.

Refund Policy

A refund of registration fees will be made to any registered participant who cancels on or before April 22nd, 2024 less a 75 $ CA administration fee.

No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received after April 22nd, 2024.

There will be no administration fee for a delegate name substitution.
