Members must identify themselves by providing the membership number of the organization that they belong to. The registration fee for members and non-members includes a copy of the conference proceedings. All registrants have access to all sessions and exhibits and to the free services offered at the conference (refreshments, etc.).
Badges will be required for all scientific sessions, exhibition and social events.
Methods of Payment Accepted
We recommend that you make payments with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay).
By Interac Transfer (available exclusively from a Canadian bank): Please select the payment option "Interac Transfer " when finalizing your registration. Use the following email address to proceed with the transfer. Next, please make sure to send an email to this email address providing your name, the name of the conference, the amount paid and the recovery code (password).
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by Conferium according to the deadline dates. You will receive an e-mail confirmation following receipt of the payment.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
A refund of fees for registration less 50,00$ administration fees will be made to any registered participant who cancels on or before April 23, 2018. Cancellation requests received after April 23 will be subject to an administrative charge of 50%.
No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received after May 7, 2018. Substitutions will be accepted at any time as long as the eventual additional amount in registration fees is paid.
Find out if you need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) or a visitor visa
Visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to or transit through Canada will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Exceptions include U.S. citizens and foreign nationals with a valid visa. Canadian citizens, including dual citizens, are not eligible to apply for an eTA and are strongly encouraged to travel with a valid Canadian passport. All travellers must present acceptable travel documents and identification must be presented at the border.
We strongly suggest that you begin the process as soon as possible to avoid delays. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa or an eTA. You can request a Visa letter during the registration process. The organizers will not provide financial support.
